It could be many, many different things. If it truly does NOTHING
(blank screen) for 10 minutes, then I'd probably suspect the power
supply or the motherboard. If it does something and then stops for
10 minutes, it depends on where it stops.
It's probably time to get that machine looked at by a technician.
I'd be concerned that one day it might not start at all.
