If your ISP is willing to give you 4 IP addresses, than you probably
want to use a hub instead of a router. You cannot "create" 4 IP addresses
on the internet - your ISP has to assign them.

If you use a router to share one IP address, then yes, all 4 machines
will look like they have a single IP. Depending on the technical
details of the game, that may still work - in fact it's likely
that in most cases it will.
