I'm not sure if there is such a limit, but it would not surprise
me. Hotmail has been abused by spammers for years, and as a result
they've had to implement some measures to at least cut down on it.
Because of spammers abuse of Hotmail even if you could overcome
that limit, that's only the first obstacle you'll run into. Recipient
spam filters will see an email from Hotmail with a bunch of recipients
on it, and many will consider it spam and filter it out.
My strong recommendation is to not use Hotmail for this task. Use
a "real" email account from your ISP or other email service provider.
It'll be much more reliable in the long run. (Alternately, GMail
seems a reasonable free alternative ... for the time being.)
