You don't.
IP addresses and email addresses are two different things that
are unrelated. An IP address refers to a machine - machines
don't have email addresses, people do.
You might look at the web site that you downloaded from to
see if there's an email address located anywhere on the site.
You can try to find who owns the IP address:
http://ask-leo.com/how_do_i_figure_out_who_owns_an_ip_address.html
but it's VERY UNLIKELY that this will give you enough information
to locate an associated email address.
