There's no way for me to know. It depends on the manufacturer
and the motherboard that is in that computer. It seems likely
that you can add more RAM, but what kind and how miuch really
depends on knowing the motherboard.
If it's name brand, then visit the manufacturer's website and
you can probably find out. If it's not a name brand, then you
may need to take it in to a technician to determine the details.
