Sadly, no. The system RAM goes blank the instant the computer
is turned off, and typically doesn't hold anything that you
aren't currently using anyway.

Depending on how the hard disk crashed you might be able to
use a utility like SpinWrite on it (www.grc.com) but more
likely if the data is valuable you'll need to take it to
a hard-disk recovery service. That'll cost a little money.
