No, outlook is pretty insistent on there being only one
instance. It would be handy for the scenario you describe.

Hacky alternative might be to use a different program for
one of your profiles (outlook express or thunderbird, for
example).

You might be able to do something by creating two different
Windows accounts, and then "Switch User" between the two. I
*think* Outlook will run in each user, and you could choose
a different profile in each. Feels even less convenient to
me, though.

And then of course there's the "use a second computer"
approach :-).

Sorry, but I'm not aware of any really reasonable approaches
for this one.
