Not easily, but it is possible.

What you would do is ... become a programmer! :-)

You'd write a macro that would replace the save command,
and do exactly, and whatever, you would want it to. Word's
macro capabilities are impressive, and you could certainly
have it do what you describe. At the cost of needing to
learn how, though.
