If you have powerpoint, you should be able to edit the presentation
and then copy/paste the image into an image editor such as Paint.

If you don't actually have powerpoint, but just have the viewer,
then I recommend taking a screen shot to capture the image,
pasting that into a program such as Paint, and cropping the result
down to size.
