In general the answer is no.

The way internet communications work is that they typically
get assigned to one connection or another, and then the
entire conversation would happen on that connection. For
example a file download would use one, and only one, of
the connections. Granted, if you were doing something else
at the same time on another connection that would not be
affected, and would be faster than a single, shared, connection.

Now there is definitely equipment... expensive equipment...
that can load balance across internet connections. The high
end routers that form the internet's infrastructure do this
all the time. But there's no real practical solution that
I know of for the home or small office.
