The Start menu is really just a directory tree full of shortcuts,
and the all programs list is just one of those sub directories.
You can put into it whatever you like. Right click on the start
button and select "Explore", then in the appropriate sub
directories, right click and select "create new shortcut", and
you'll be creating new entries in the start menu.

Thanks for asking!
