I'll bet that the destination drive is formatted FAT32, and
that your source drive is NTFS.
FAT32 filesystems have a 4 gigabyte file size limit, and you're
probably over that (the "+" in your 4+gig :-). If you
want to copy to that other drive, you'll need to convert that
drive to NTFS.
