I believe this will get you where you want to be:
In IE7, hit the Tools menu, Internet Options item. Under the General
tab is a section labeled "Browsing History" - click on Settings in that
section. On the resulting dialog should be a button "View files" that
should open Windows Explorer on the temporary files.
