I must've been misunderstood: in general you CAN read CDs and DVDs
you burn on any computer with a CD or DVD drive. NTFS actually has
nothing to do with it, since NTFS doesn't apply to CDs.

Typically if there's a problem it has to do with the quality and
allignment of the drive either reading or writing the CD. Try
reading the CD in several machines - if it works, then the CD reader
might be out of alignment or have problems. If they all fail, then
the CD writer that was used to create the CD might have been bad.

If you can point to where on my site I was unclear, I'd love to
hear about it to avoid future confusion.
