No. Like Windows itself, if Office was on your computer when
you got the computer, then your computer manufacturer should have
given you installation disks for Office - CDs or a DVD. You would
reinstall office from those.

If they didn't give you installation disks, then you should ask for
them. I *insist* on getting installation disks when I get a new computer
for exactly this reason.

If you don't have installation disks for Office, and your manufacturer
won't get you disks, then I don't know of a solution for you.
