I'm not sure that you can. I'm sure that office is like many applications
in that even though you uninstall it it doesn't remove all traces of itself
from the registry. That means when you re-install it might see that certain
settings have already been set and uses them. There's actually an argument
that says this is a feature for people who upgrade by first uninstalling
and then reinstalling. They don't loose their settings.
About the only way I can think of is WAY overkill: reformat your machine
and start by resintalling Windows. I certainly don't recommend it just for
this, though.
