Unfortunately there's no blanket answer. You'll need to
work closely with your company's IT department to work
through the security setup that they have. The good news
is that implementing an RSS feed that is visible from
the internet is *exactly* the same as setting up an externally
visible web site - an RSS feed is just a file on a web site
anyway. That means that even if the IT folk don't "get"
RSS, they can still help you work through the issues.
