Be patient. I've heard that Microsoft is holding it back for
some machines where it might be a problem. In other words, if
you don't see it, you don't want it yet.
It's also quite possible that it's just the massive work of
making it available - they don't make it available to everyone
instantly, but rather just roll it out to more and more people
over time.
As I said, be patient. :-)
