Word and Excel are not a part of Works - they're a part of
Microsoft Office, which is a different product. If it's asking
you for a product key, you need to provide they key for
Microsoft Office. If that wasn't included with your machine,
then you need to check with the wherever you purchased the
machine to see if it was supposed to be included.
I'm guessing not ... and that you'll have to purchase it
separately.
