Without more details it's hard to say. I will say that the
biggest differences between the browsers is in handling
of CSS (IE doesn't always follow the standard) and in error
handling. I suspect the later, so I'd make sure to double
check your HTML. Perhaps try running it through a validator
such as http://validator.w3.org/
