That's what profiles are all about.
In Control Panel, Mail, hit Show Profiles. You should
have one already. Create a second one (you can start
by copying the existing one) and then also make sure
that it's configured to Prompt for a profile to be used.
Create one profile for WA, and one for AZ and you should
be good to go.
(If the prompting gets to annoying day-to-day, you can
simply change the "always use this profile" setting each
time you change locations.)
