Absolutely. It's quite common for servers in datacenters
to be on two or three networks using separate network cards.
I've done it myself.
Now, as to whether than will work for connecting your xbox
or PS2, I'm not as certain. I would normally expect to use
a router and have everyone connect to that instead.
