That delivery status notification should have included
additional information as to why the message isn't being
delivered. That would be the first place to look.

My guess is simply that mailing a movie causes the email
to be too large. Many email service providers have limits
on just how large an email message can be. And even if
you were able to sent it, it's possible that the recipients
might be unable to receive large messages.

The "right" way to transfer a large movie is typically to
upload it to the web somewhere (that's one good use for
web space that your ISP might provide you), and then email
a pointer to the file (an http://... url) instead of mailing
the file itself.
