You mean both connected to the internet at the same time?
You can, but I wouldn't understand why you would want to.
If you mean to just have your machine configured to be able
to do either ... certainly. My laptop is configured to use
my broadband (via either ethernet or wireless) and dialup,
so I can use either, as needed.
