The key to all that is this phrase:
Volume Presario_RP(D:) has only 4% free space available
Your D: disk drive simply has too much information on it ... it's
close to being full. (Conversely, it doesn't have enough free space
on it for the defragger to do it's job.)
You'll need to move or delete files you aren't using from your D: drive
in order to make room. I can't say how or which files, because I don't
know how your D: drive is set up or what you're keeping there.
But that's all it is ... just not enough room on the hard disk for
the defragging program to do what it needs to do.
