There's nothing that pops up as really really obvious. The
way to change the look of a hyperlink on purpose is to change
the style associated with it. This MS Knowledgebase article
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=291182 talks a little about
that, and points into Microsoft Word help. My concern is that
that would be hard to have happen accidentally, unless you
were playing with styles, or somehow changed your default
template (normal.dot).

Try playing with the styles to see if you can return the
look to what it was before.
