It kind of depends on how secure you need it to be, or
which security issues you're concerned about.
Ideally, you'd skip the fax step all together, and have
your sources email you PDFs (encrypted, if need be) directly.

solutions. There are several that will allow you to
receive your faxes as PDFs.
