That'd be a pretty stupid worm :-).
Honestly - it might stop a few, but not many. The vast majority will
happily keep working through your entire address book anyway.
It's no alternative to avoiding worms in the first place. (I.e.
don't open attachments that you aren't 100% certain about.)
