169. addresses are usually assigned to your own machine by
windows when it's not able to get an IP address any other way.

Why that would be popping up as trying to access your computer
is hard to say. I it might be another computer on your local
network, if you have one.

In a command shell do an "ipconfig" and you'll see what IP
addresses have been assigned to your machine. Try that on other
machines on your LAN, and I'll bet there's one with that address.
