Well, you can't change it, really. It's assigned by your
ISP when you connect up to the internet.
The only alternative for what you're looking for is to visit
those forums through an "anonymization service". These services
sit between you and whatever site you want to visit - they
act as a "proxy".
This site would be a place to start: http://www.anonymizer.com/
they sell a product. A good search for "free anonymous surfing"
returns a number of results.
