How do I transfer mail from an old Outlook install?

You should just be able to locate the ".pst" file, copy it
to wherever you need to, and "File, Open" it in another instance
of Outlook. It's possible that Outlook 2000 can't open the 2003
file, so you'll need to grab a copy of Outlook 2003 to do the
conversion, though. But try it... it may work without that step.
