There are several options:
- your ISP may provide dial-up service, check with them
- There are lowcost dial-up ISPs that you could sign up with
- if you have a WiFi card, you could use WiFi hotspots if they're
available where you travel
- Many hotels provide internet access in the rooms
- Many cell phone providers now have internet connectivity plans
that allow you to use your cell phone as a modem.
In most cases, you'll need to sign up and pay extra for the
service though.
