It depends on how often, how long you want it to take, and how
automated you want it to be.

If it's infrequent and you don't mind a little manual labor,
I'd burn it to DVDs. 10 or 11 DVDs would do that amount.

Of course you could purchase a second *internal* hard drive,
or backup to the hard drive on another computer on your network.

If you need it to be more streamlined, or automated, then
backing up to tape is about the only real solution. But it's
not going to be very cheap, I'm afraid.
