When you login using Passport, there's a "Help" link, and on
that page there's a "Reset your .NET Passport Password" link
that will give instructions.
In short: attempt to login. On the page that says your password
was invalid, there's a link "Create a new password, if you can't
remember it." Click on that and follow the instructions that
appear.
