You can't have multiple instances of outlook working with
different users or profiles. But the single instance of outlook
can open multiple windows. It's splitting hairs, I know, and
somewhat confusing.

Anyway, Outlook remembers what you had open when you closed it,
so you should be able to close two of the windows, and then close
Outlook. The next time you fire it up, it *should* only open the
one.
