My initial reaction is spyware (or *maybe* a virus). Make
sure you're running up-to-date versions of those with up-to-date
databases.
Next up, I'd use a different tool to look at start up programs.
I like autoruns: http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/autoruns.html
it shows many more places where auto-start thigns happen that
msconfig does. (The trade-off is that it shows you things that,
if you alter, could harm your system). But a "my documents" kind
of entry should be easy to spot if there.
