It depends on which email client you're using, but if you're
using Exchange mail, then you're probably using Outlook.
In any case there are a couple of options. You can modify which
columns get shown in the message list by right clicking one
of the column headers, and selecting "Field Chooser". Drag the
"To" field onto the header and then that'll be included in the
list.
You can also run Tools->Organize and, among other things, that
will allow you to set colors or bolding or what have you for the
messages meeting a certain criteria - like being TO you.
