I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to. The Outlook
2003 "address book" is the Contacts folder, and I have many
MANY entries without email addresses.
What you might try is to click on Contacts, and then examine
the View -> Arrange By -> Current View to see if perhaps you
have selected a view which filters out only email addresses.
Let me know if perhaps I'm missunderstanding what you're attempting.
