The problem is that using third party IM clients is against
AOL's terms of service. (Not sure about the others, but probably
against the others as well). So technically using Trillian is
illegal. In AOLs case, for example, they are prevented from
displaying the advertising that supports the service.
It's a tough call. Three IM clients is also a pain in the behind.
But I gotta admit ... Trillian's pretty cool. :-)
