My first thought is spyware, or perhaps a virus, that has
somehow caused trouble with internet explorer. I would make
sure to run up to date scans for both. You might also try
downloading the Firefox briwser and seeing if it has the
problem as well. If not, it's at least a good workaround
for you. :-)
