Two approaches I might take...
You can edit the right click menus (called 'context menus'). My
friend Allan Wyatt has a good write up on that:

And failing that ... you could perform a re-install of Office.
I'm not sure if a "repair" install will resolve this or not,
but I'm guessing not.
