It varies. MOST of the time if you renew immediately after
releasing, you'll likely get the same IP address. Particularly
if you are on a LAN, or a Broadband connection. However that's
not guaranteed, and you may get a different IP address. In that
case your old one is returned to the pool of available IP addresses
and may be assigned to some other machine in the future.
