Run one of the anti-spyware products like spybot search and
destroy http://ask-leo.com/d-spybot, or Microsoft's Anti-Spyware
http://ask-leo.com/d-msspyware. Both have features which will
"lock" your home page and prevent it from being hijacked in
the future.
