Normally there should be the name of an application
that was running that generated the error as part of that
error message box. If not, I would try using process explorer
(http://ask-leo.com/d-procexp) to determine which application
is generating that message when it happens. That should give
you more of a clue as to what is going on.
9 times out of 10 it's either a virus, spyware, or a bug in an
application or driver software.
