It depends on how they're failing. If you can send normal mail,
but not pictures or videos, then it may not be a configuration
issue at all, but rather an email size limitation imposed by
your ISP.
In any case, finding that out, or determining what your
configuration should be, is information you'd need to get from
your ISP.
