Small Business Sever and Windows Server are two different,
unrelated products. SBS is a product that runs on top of
Windows - it happens to be called a server, but it is not
something that you would "upgrade" by moving to Windows 2003.
I'm not really sure exactly what you're attempting to accomplish,
so I don't have any concrete advice, but hopefully the clarification
will help you understand what you have a little better.
