If you "found" it, there are two recommendations:
- throw it away :-)
- insert it into a computer that you don't care about,
or a computer running Linux or a Mac.
You're correct to be concerned that it might be infected.
If you insert it under the conditions above, you can
examine it to see what it might actually be.
