Actually, MRU stands for "Most Recently Used". They're not a threat,
in the sense that they'll do no damage, but your anti-spyware
program is being sensitive to possible privacy issues as well.
For example someone can tell from your MRU lists what documents
you've recently opened, or sites you've visited. It's up to you
whether that's important to you. In most cases it's not an issue.

Thanks for asking!
