According to http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/yop/
yop.exe is part of Yahoo/SBC "online protection" applications. Unfortunately
I don't have any direct recommendation other than to contact Yahoo or SBC
support for help in clearing up the error. They may likely suggest you reinstall
the application, but since I don't know the details, it's best to get that
advice from them.
